Janie Hannaghan has a special gift. She can see other people's dreams, whether she wants to or not. When someone falls asleep near Janie and starts dreaming, Janie outwardly seems to have a seizure. Inwardly, she is in their dream, watching, but unable to help. Janie works at Heather Home nursing home. There she meets Miss Stubin, a blind resident, who helps her with her dreams. Janie finds out that Miss Stubin can also see dreams. Miss Stubin shows her how she can help people with their dreams and turn them from nightmares. Janie develops a relationship with Caleb Strumheller. Caleb is working with the police undercover to try to catch a local drug ring. Janie uses her dreams to help find the drugs. This was a great book. It read fast - written like a diary. Had romance, mystery, and the dream possibilities. Seemed realistic.
